"RAKHALIA" is the joint venture of the two young poets’ making their dream come ture. It was on the fecund literary soil of the two friends – Avijit Das Gupta and Palash Dey that the little magazine had its appearance into the connoisseurs’ world in the winter of 1412 in Bengali calender.
